Rates & Policies

Listed below, you will find our current rates and policies. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you.

Patterson Water Supply has split billing cycles. For customers in the Brittany Hills system, bills are due the 10th and disconnects begin on the 20th (or next business day if the20th falls on a weekend/holiday)

For customers in the Mesa Grande system, bills are due the 15th and disconnects begin on the 25th (or next business day if the 26th falls on a weekend/holiday) 

For customers in the Myra, Sunset, and Perrin systems bills are due the 20th and we begin processing disconnects on the 30th (or next business day if the 30th falls on a weekend/holiday) 

For our customers in Pilot Point Rural Water bills are due the 30th and cutoffs begin on the 10th of the next month (or next business day if the 30th falls on a weekend/holiday) 

***If you have been disconnected, we will process a reconnection order once payment has been received. Please note, if you make a payment online you must call our office to schedule reconnection. Reconnections may take up to 48 hours once the orders have been issued.  Additionally - our emergency on call technicians do not have access to our billing software and cannot access your account. ***
